The location is excellent. The rooms are nice . The restaurant is very nice , great food. The staff are very friendly.

To be improved

The pool on the roof lets this hotel down . Its more like a large Hot tub . The pictures on line are deceiving. Although there is a nice bar on the roof and plenty of sunbeds.

The food was very poor for the evening meal, selection was very poor. We chose this hotel for my mother’s special 80th birthday, disappointed we could not eat at the hotel and eat out which cost us a lot more money.

The best

After more than 50 visits to Benidorm staying in a wide variety of hotels and apartments this is def our first choice hotel - Comfy rooms , friendly staff and one of the best breakfasts we have ever had anywhere except they didn’t offer tomato juice ( maybe next time ) and the location is unbeatable - my only small moan is the picnic provided for our early departure to the airport - the cheese sandwich was very very dry and we expected better cos of the standard of food generally
