Great pool and outdoor seating, friendly staff, huge bed, loved the fruit and water at the entrance

To be improved

It would be great to have a shuttle taking guests into town and back, especially as buses stopped running by 11pm when we would head back from dinner!

“Efficient hotel near the city with fabulous Gym and Spa”

The best

The Hotel is run well and efficiently. Reception staff welcoming and informative. The hotel was outside the main city of Sans Sebastián but the very easy cheap bus made it very accessible. The best bonus of the Hotel was the state of the Art Gym below the hotel. Extra 20 Euros for all the spa facilities but an absolute joy to use. If you are into fitness this is the place.

To be improved

The tea and coffee in the room wasn’t great or restocked. Could have liked free water considering the cost of the room. We were given one small bottle for our 4 days stay.

“Bed was big and comfortable. Staff were helpful, location was handy and walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach as well as the Igeldo funicular railway. The gym although seperate to the hotel was one of the best i've ever seen.”

“The staff were kind and accommodating. The rooms were nice, and there was convenient parking next to the hotel. · Cons: Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer Halal food options. At the breakfast egg station, all ingredients — including pork and ham — were prepared on the same grill using the same utensils, which may be a concern for guests with dietary restrictions.”
