lovely hotel, close to airport, swimming pools, outdoor, various range of food

To be improved

Entertainment especially weekend saturday could be better, we traveled for our friend 50th birthday. Although she phoned before and asked for nice reservation area, we felt that was not very well kept in mind, area we.ve been given was not very good

The best

The food was tasty, the place was lovely, and everything was clean, from the rooms to the facilities. The swimming pools were well maintained, and the staff were absolutely lovely. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

To be improved

The food was good overall, but on some days the choice was more limited compared to others. Evening entertainment could be improved, and on some days there was none at all, extending the hours would be appreciated. Additionally, the queue at the bar was too long; more staff would help to reduce waiting times. I had the all-inclusive package, but there was an additional 'premium inclusive' level, which came across as an unnecessary upsell and felt like an attempt to exploit guests. Also would be lovely if each room have coffee maker.

Big hotel with plenty of sunbeds and lovely location (very central and beach front). Pool bar staff were always very attentive and welcoming - mango daiquiris 10/10.

To be improved

Our bathroom was a disabled wet room which made the whole room feel a lot less clean and meant using the toilet always included wet feet! Walls and doors are not well insulated so you can hear EVERYTHING. Food was also very repetitive and dining and entertainment bar staff were rude and ignorant.
