Barceló Hamilton Menorca - Adults Only

Arrived late, holiday through Jet2 but no reservation. Reception found us a room. The room was not as nice as we had previously at this hotel and the manager kindly moved us to a much better room after 2 days. All the staff are very good and friendly, particularly Monica in the restaurant. We will certainly return.

This was the 4th time we've stayed here. We were met with a glass of cava and were pleasantly up graded to a mini suite, where a bottle of cava and the most delicious pastry were left for us. The staff always greet you with a smile. The chef, Paqui, was so nice and cooked things to perfection. A big heartfelt "THANKYOU". Also Sole, Monica and Carolina from the restaurant, very warm and friendly. There is a wide range of foods and always something to choose what ever your taste. The cleaners were very professional and again always greeted with a smile. Can't wait to visit again in May, see you all soon xx

Good location, excellent service, only issue is the the hotel is in need of some TLC as when it rains the the downstairs roof leaks.

Arrived at the hotel to a great warm reception We had an amazing room but with no walk in shower. 30 mins later they changed our room and the new room was perfect All the staff were very friendly and chatty Paloma helped us out lots as mum is in a wheelchair The food and drinks were excellent Rooftop pool bar was amazing Heading back soon Very recommend and only 10 mins from the airport

We were made to feel welcome & relaxed from the minute we arrived to when we left. The staff were helpful & freindly (special note to Monica in the restaurant & the blonde lady in the bar). The room was cleaned & restocked daily. We had a seaview room which was worth the upgrade as could have quite happily sat on the balcony watching the ships & boats all day. Was peaceful & calm & will def go again.
