Water is available in reception area only….. should also be available by the pool area. Lunch menu could have more salad options. The spa shower area is too hot!! And no apparent changing room facilities.

Now there were a few minor things which put together made our stay less enjoyable. The room is beautifully designed and at first it has a wow factor, then you start realising it hasn’t really been design for practicality, very little storage for two ppl, like 1 drawer… not many surfaces to either have a laptop out. The whole drinks/water situation was a daily inconvenience, we paid for half board which didn’t include any drinks, not even non alcoholic which i thought it was strange, and they have signs everywhere forbidding you to refill your own water bottle, expecting constantly to purchase water, let alone any other drinks, I get u want to charge for alcoholic drinks but for what we paid for, to have nothing, not even water included left a bad taste in our mouth. The hotel is pretty dead, especially at night, I am not sure the Ibiza style DJ from 3 till 6 pm is a good fit for the age group we encountered, there is no entertainment or anything and the area around the hotel is pretty tranquil, yes one is 30 by bus of 15 min taxi to Magaluf but something in hotel wouldn’t go amiss. Finally when we wanted to just sit and play cards, in the only surface in the hotel where the tables are high enough to do so as there isn’t even a surface to do that in the room,we were expected to consume something, highlighting this feeling that even though one paid already we have to constantly pay just to be around. The food has good selection but strangely bland and a couple of the nights we genuinely didn’t have a good meal. All in all it felt a bit disappointing for us, not to say these things won’t bother other people. We just came from another hotel in Mallorca were the experience was so much better, the contrast made these things stand out.

It is a big building more like holiday resort, breakfast room is very echoes like a cantine. No complimentary bottle of water at the price I have paid the room. They have charged me for a bottle of water. I will not come again to this place. I was expecting somewhere more "Exclusive" it is not at all!!

The coffee isn’t amazing, it’s a basic coffee machine at breakfast
