“5 star hotel, but wouldn't return”

The best

Lovely hotel. The building itself is great. We had a junior suite which was great. Food not warm enough in buffet breakfast. Information on restaurants minimal so could be better. The indoor pool only accessible if you pay through spa. Location lovely and quiet but you're better with a car or uber as everywhere is a drive away. Relaxing though. Mixed bag overall. Service great. Staff are very helpful.

“Really nice hotel, great for a relaxing break”

The best

Hotel is beautiful and the staff are great. Glass of cava on check in and the lady on reception was great. Check in was supposed to be 4pm however our room was ready at 12:30pm as I called before we arrived to see if this would be okay. The food was amazing, went half board however only had the evening à la carte meal both nights. 3 courses. It was really nice. Lunch at the snack bar was great too. Bed was very comfy and room was amazing, really spacious. We were only at the hotel for 2 nights and honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Spa was lovely €55 for an hour for 2 people. Steam room and sauna lovely and really nice pool. We were the only people in there for the whole hour. For the price paid it is an amazing hotel. Would definitely be back in the summer months for a longer stay

Lovely hotel with the most amazing staff. Gardens and rooms are lovely, breakfast is awesome oh and did I mention the wonderful staff??!

“Not 5 Star but a 4 Star.”

The best

Good points. Lovely room, and hotel was well presented. The bed was so comfortable and large its one of the best beds we have experienced. Staff were great and helpful as I’m gluten free. Bad points. Food was warm not hot unless it was made for you while you waited. Tv channels were all in French no English so the tv wasn't used. The À la carte night service was very slow for food. The pool on top of the hotel some of the facia around it was coming loose/away. For a short break for us its ideal but any longer we would need a car. Would we stay here again, Yes as the positives outweighed the negatives.
