Gym is well equipped and food is good with lots of options

To be improved

It felt like there was no staff presence at all. No one was available to guide me to my room, and the layout of the hotel is incredibly confusing — more like a labyrinth. Not ideal when you’re dragging suitcases up and down on your own.

What a great hotel Eva, Hannah and Arriana were great with Shanaya and Carlos was a great tour operator for us.

“Overall it was a nice resort and it was close to a beach town , was a shame they had no beach and the water was cold”

Liked the lay out and the staff were pleasant, Buffy’s were very good and good variety

To be improved

Only lower shelf drinks available unless you were in royal class, the three restaurants were not free to eat there, so after a few days of Buffy food we went out to eat a few times, no beach with sand and unfortunately the sea was freezing. They only had the one heated pool the others took some getting used to Should of read the small print
