The best

Beautiful property. Friendly, helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Location was close to the airport and some great restaurants nearby.

To be improved

The mattress was fairly hard, the drinks at the bar weren’t amazing (margaritas made with bottled lime juice for example) and the music finished really early. If I was going again I’d select somewhere more in the middle of the island.

Nothing, the property doesn’t deserve a 5 star it barely is a 4 star property

To be improved

Everything, the rooms are old, the hot water doesn’t work until u put the sink to the hot water and wait for more than 30 mins, the first day the hot water didn’t work at all and when I complained (keep in mind I booked 3 suites) they told me go shower in the spa? No 5 star hotel gives that as an option. They change the room! Another thing the linens feel old and so bad and they don’t put the duvet on the beds u have to ask about it and when u do took 2 days for them to put it? What kind of hotel is this how is it a 5 star property.

Breakfast was terrible. The vegetables were not fresh and inedible. Omelette was not cooked properly - uncooked egg whites. Asked for another and still uncooked! AC didn't keep temperature. No shade on roof. Sink tap was broken.
