“Great location, nice hotel, good value for money.”

We stayed at the Barcelo Oviedo Cervantes on a quiet Sunday night in early September. The guest rooms are very spacious and comfortable - great beds. The hotel was very clean The common rooms are elegant and pleasant. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. The car park under the hotel worked very well, but as you would expect in a city hotel, is chargeable. The location is excellent - a short walk to the old part of the town. Check for deals - we thought it was very good value for money.

“Great except for parking”

The best

Great location. Steps away from the main park and all the things to see in old town. Very pretty bar and dining room. Lovely staff. GREAT A/C in the rooms. Comfortable beds. Cons: no tea in the rooms and terrible coffee — but you can’t buy coffee or tea at the breakfast area without buying breakfast. You have to go outside. Worst thing was the parking. Smallest garage with the tiniest pin curves. Literally ruined my check-in, I was so nervous about scratching our SUV. And hotel elevator isn’t on all floors — so we had to drive to P5 to park and then carry all our things up a flight of stairs. We avoided leaving the garage just because it’s almost impossible to pass cars coming up/down at the same time too. It’s all I thought about day of checkout.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom is upgraded with a nice big shower. The mattress was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good.

“Modern, Stylish Hotel in the Center of Oviedo”

The best

We stayed at the Barcelo Cervantes Hotel in Oviedo. It was our anniversary and they upgraded us to a lovely “ Premium” Room. The King Room was spacious and beautifully appointed, luxurious and comfortable with lots of natural light. The bathroom was roomy also and provided a wonderful jacuzzi soaking tub, plush robes and slippers. The bar and restaurant for breakfast was delicious. The concierge staff, special call out to Alberto who was charming and professional and helped us with all of our needs. We hope to stay there again upon our next visit back to Oviedo.
