“Great for a few days away!”

Amazing location, right next to gorgeous turquoise beach, with paddleboard and paddle boat hire available for cheap (about €15/hr) Rooms were clean, view from balcony was amazing, tea and coffee area had no spoons or milk, had to bring up a spoon from restaurant and buy our own milk. Close to shops/amenities. Quiet at night. Staff were amazing and so friendly. Check in very easy we filled out forms online which was extremely helpful considering we arrived very late.

Food was average, not alot of variety if you arent a massive fan of seafood. Alot of food was undercooked such as pasta, potatoes, rice. The heating lamps over the food didnt cover much of the trays so parts of food would be cold. Eating area wasnt very big, no outdoor eating. Pool was small, but being so close to the sea made up for it. It was difficult to get sun beds unless you went out early and reserved them yourself (people started reserving sun beds at like 6am?!?! ). Think there should be something in place that stops people reserving sun beds so early.

Beautiful beachfront location at Cala Ferrera Renovated, clean rooms with great sea views Decent breakfast and nice pool areas Family-friendly atmosphere and helpful staff

Dinner buffet was repetitive All-inclusive didn’t cover drinks after 23:00 Not enough umbrellas in sunbathing areas Evening entertainment was basic No bottled water available in the buffet area, only filtered tap water. You could only get bottled water at the bar, which defeats the point of all-inclusive.

Location is good pretty close from everything. Pool is ok right next to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable although the AC didn’t work properly.

To be improved

Restaurant is not great. By multiple times the plates were not washed properly, the food wasn’t great, they didn’t replenish drinks or food items sometimes. Elevators don’t work properly you have to wait a long time.
