Friendly staff Clean tidy throughout Indoor swimming pool only accessible at 20 euro per hour the only down side to the hotel 4poster sun beds 50 euro a day Entertainment in day good Evening entertainment To late in the weekend evenings 10-10-30 But wow best hotel we have ever stayed in It felt more a 5 star hotel rather than stated 4 star . Food choice amazing. Drinks choice top brands. We don’t normal write reviews but believe me this deserves it Good access to other places Public transport easy access to Seville

Stayed at this hotel from October 1st till the 8th first impression it looks awesome, receptionist quite helpful, but failed to tell us that the hotel was only working at a 3rd of its capacity, it advertised 4 themed restaurants 1 buffet and an al a carte restaurant only 1 was open again not told by receptionist The rooms are very nice and clean and very large good points The restaurant that was open very repetitive in what was being served the staff were very helpful but again no answer to as while there was only q restaurant open The pool and grounds very well looked after The bar staff by far were the most helpful people working there but even they couldn’t answer why only 1 restaurant open We did get an answer to why a staff who could speak and understand us English said that they were opening the over part of the hotel the week after we left but shutting down the part we were in It wasn’t overrun with holiday makers until the Friday when about 80-100 people descended on the hotel staying in the middle section but due to only 1 restaurant open it now became very overcrowded making waiting for food averaging about 20 minutes we did ask what was going on but receptionist didn’t say and again on the Saturday another 80-100 people arrived The overall experience wasn’t great with not being given any information as to why only 1 restaurant and why there was a massive group of people descending on the hotel I know it’s only doing what’s best for the hotel but it’s also good to let people know especially when asking a question to as why Personally with our experience of our stay there I would only rate it a 3 star hotel hopefully the management can get their staff more updated so the can keep their customers updated as well

I recently enjoyed a week here with Easy Jet Holidays. Be prepared for a long 2 hour transfer from Faro in my case arriving at the hotel at 0010. Good check in and given documents confirming dining etc. The Hotel consists of three blocks, you are allocated a base restaurant for breakfast and lunch every day and allocated a different restaurant for the evening meals. The restaurants are themed , Italian, Seafood, International and American Diner. All offer a good choice, there are two sittings for lunch and dinner, the later one is geared to Spanish diners so dinner starts at 2145, however you can at reception be changed to the first sitting if you prefer. I found the choice of food in each very good. They can be very busy but I never had any problems finding a table. My bedroom was very large room for a double and two singles, clean good AC but no kettle supplied. There are two pool areas each with a bar and two additional bars open till 0000, again they can be noisy at night when the football is one (most Nights) There are pool activities but as others have reviewed are aimed at the 90% of local guests, so if you are good on numbers in Spain then you can enjoy bingo at 1600 daily. Its a ten minute walk to the beach through the sand dunes path other than this area there is not a lot to see apart from the town. Whilst the complex is large you can find a spot to relax, In Sep there were plenty of sunbeds and there did not seem to be the rush to get one. Make sure you know where you room is at night very easy to get lost in the main corridors. An enjoyable holiday and as you expect good Barcelo standards in all areas I saw. A taxi picked just me up for my return trip to the airport. I had not seen a cloud in the seven days a real bonus!

Total kid-friendly! One of the best resorts in Andalucia, in my opinion, for families with kids. Nice staff and services! For sure I will come back!

Lovely experience , family friendly, gorgeous pools The staff were great no matter role they did. We are vegan and once it was explained the process for meals, everything was seamless and good choices. The challenge we had was that no-one explained on check in what the process was for ordering special meals so it wasn't after 2 days unsure and confusing staff that the catering manager explained how to order in advance. The resort is huge and abit overwhelming at first but it had alot of choice for kids and you soon learned where things were. I liked the recyclable cup options too, everything felt clean. The room was great, spacious and ridiculously comfy bed. The cot set up was clean and comfortable also. Improvements Although the overall look is good there were little areas of let down such as toilets that didn't lock, hand driers not working etc. Just little touch ups that would show how well looked after everything is I was also surprised there were no pool specific toilets you had to use the restaurant nearby and it felt wrong to be in there wet/in swim gear Not an improvement but a clear fyi should be given that all entertainment including shows are in Spanish because it felt less engaging for our toddler who didn't know what the brilliant entertainment team were saying to be able to join in

Very big resort, food was decent with plenty of options - 4 different types of evening meals which you switch between each night. Meal times are also very late, we changed to the earlier time which is was 8-9-15 however we were originally allocated 9:15-10:30! Very catered to Spanish, staff speak very little English (or pretend not to) all entertainment by the pool and auditorium was also all in Spanish. I get the hotel is in Spain but they really didn’t seem to welcome the English. Cocktail menu was very poor, only frozen. Hotel wasn’t the cleanest, sunbeds looked really grubby, bedding & towels barely changed. Not much to do in the surrounding area - again that’s all catered to Spanish and they didn’t welcome us for drinks etc in any of the bars opposite. Probably wouldn’t return as there are better and more respectful resorts in Spain.
