“We really enjoyed our stay at Barcelona Santiago. The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to explore. The pool area was lovely and relaxing, and our room had a stunning sea view that made our mornings extra special. · Cons: The overall stay was great, but breakfast left a bit to be desired. One morning, when I politely asked a waiter for a glass, he replied with a dismissive “Ja, ja, ja” and sent me away — which, as a German speaker, felt quite disrespectful. To make matters worse, the next day both orange juice machines had disappeared, which really took the joy out of breakfast. A little more attention to guest experience would go a long way. On the last night of our stay, we experienced a more serious issue. We had previously noticed some water stains on the ceiling near our room, and during the night we were suddenly woken up by a loud crashing noise. The next morning, we discovered that a large section of the ceiling had collapsed right by the entrance to our room — clearly due to water damage. Later that day, we saw water actively dripping down just in front of our door. We called the reception immediately, but were genuinely worried that another part of the ceiling might fall — this time possibly right above our heads. It was quite a stressful end to an otherwise enjoyable stay”

“Great views, location and cousine”

Great location - one of the very best views at Tenerife and you've got them from restaurant and swimming pool / your room Great food- thematic dinners Nice new equipment in accomodation Fitness

To be improved

Warm water in all swimming pools in july (somebody likes it, i prefer fresh one) Smoking people at their balconies (all the smoke goes right inside your appartment so we couldn't let our window opened for actually the whole week, our neighbour continuously smoked the whole day) - i'd preffer to deny it everywhere at the hotel

The view from the room was magnificent. The setting was very pleasant and so was the bar

To be improved

Something particularly disturbed me: it wasn't yet 10am when a cleaner knocked on the door, then opened it immediately, without giving me time to get out of bed. We were still in the room at the time.

“Very nice hotel with great location and view”

The best

The location it s absolutely great. We chose a room with view to Los Gigantes and we really enjoyed every moment . The breakfast is buffet and it has a big variety. The room was clean and the stuff very friendly .

To be improved

The only inconvenience is that there were 2 twin beds one near each other and they had wheels , so they were moving all the time . Since it is a couple oriented hotel , i think they should have the double bed option as well.
