Food at the pool bar was horrendous! A chef openly taking frozen pizza out of plastic wrapping to over cook and charge €16 for. Shocking for 5 star hotel. Cocktail bar never opened

The location to Isla Magica - perfect, within walking distance. Hotel check-in staff very helpful. Breakfast - great selection.

To be improved

There is no outside space to dry anything. The onsite restaurants, particularly Arrozante, poor service and food.

The best

Pool area was clean and well laid out, a good size and pleasant that there was one for families and one in a different area for adults. Presented well and pleasant. The bar area was clean and tidy.

To be improved

Dated. Rooms were of a good size, but quite dated and the second bed was very uncomfortable, people are still paying for a second bed it should be as comfortable as any other bed. No storage to keep cold drinks.

Definitely would go back, it was a really pleasant stay. · Cons: Despite interactions days before arrival the two rooms were not configured as requested. Problem solved in 30 minutes, however after a day of travel I would have liked not to further wait before using the rooms. 33cl of complimentary water only on day 1.”
