“I will repeat ( hopefully with better coffee ).”
The best

The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly: the domestics, people serving in the restaurants and pool bar, receptionists, activities and maintenance and chefs, all wonderful. The food was 5 stars: fresh, local products and big portions. The swimming pool was also great.

To be improved

The room was a bit of "a shock" at the beginning as they had the WC, the shower and the washbasin all separated, and the washbasin was almost beside the bed with two sockets a few centimetres from it. Also, the room was near a street with restaurants and bars very noisy at night and the door couldn't stop the noise, but you get used to it. Another thing that surprised me it was the fact that with all inclusive you didn't have free water as it was seen as a "minibar drink" ( you had two waters "on them" only) but instead, the coffee from the expresso machine could be replaced every day for free. Also, the coffee from the machine in the Atlantic restaurant / buffet was awful, but the one in the Pool bar ( Breeze ) was really good.

Lovely Hotel, Modern Clean and Tidy, room overlooking the pool excellent, bed very comfortable, UK Tv, very quiet in and around the hotel, pool lovely, clean no problem getting a sunbed, restaurant very nice, food excellent and staff very efficient and seemed happy in their work

Loved the hotel! Perfect location and was super clean. Staff were friendly and the pools were incredible
