Barceló Torre de Madrid

This is a lovely hotel in a great neighborhood. The included breakfast is extensive, with delicious foods that will please everyone. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They helped us with planning our visits to Madrid highlights, finding restaurants, and sharing other suggestions to make our travels wonderful. We felt pampered.

I think this is a fairly well managed hotel. However, considering the fees they are charging, I was expecting a better experience during my stay at this hotel in December 2025. It was especially suprising that they gave me a room with a mulfunctioning A/C - the room was cold and it took a while for the management to get it fixed. I think the hotel management should be more sensitive to such issues.

Fabulous location to visit Madrid, walking distance to many site .Delicious buffet breakfast with a glass of Cava cant beat that . Love the view of our room , looking at Christmas market and ice skating ring at the Plaza De Esapana . Lovey frendy staff, we definitely recommend this hotel.

A very lovely hotel nestled in the centre of town, brilliant location making accessibility to all popular landmarks as well as lovely restaurants, pubs, cafes etc within walking distance.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at. Everything was perfect from our check in with William, to our bigger than expected rooms, to the fabulous breakfast buffet. The manager, Sonia, was always checking to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and was a pleasure to chat with. Great location in Madrid. We'll definitely be back!
