“Cute apartment in the best area.”

Location , decent size apartment, cute balconies, elevator, air conditioning, friendly receptionists.

To be improved

Bathroom had issues with door locking, water was stuck in the shower and didn’t drain properly, hair dryer’s attachment was broken and hair dryer was not powerful and too hot for me, little bedroom door was squeaky a lot, floor had something like sand on it. But it’s all minor things that I could take as we stayed one night only. Get ready to pick up keys from a different location (20 min drive by car), however I was aware of it and my dad drove me there and just parked with emergency signals on, while I finished check in process. ( try to check in online as much as you can to save you time during key pick up).

“Excellent location and apartment.”

Giving 5* rating because everything else was good except for the 1 con mentioned below. That issue is most likely apartment specific. Pros: - Excellent Location. Walking distance from Fontana metro station. Bus stops are less than 100 m away. - Bright. Good sunlight in the afternoon especially. - Sofa bed is actually really nice. It's wide and can be used as is. You don't have to deal with the springs and their noise when you turn. Very comfortable. 2 people can easily sleep on the 2 sofas. - Prompt service. Ok: - Bathroom shower cubicle is quite narrow. The color is also very dark due to which light seems insufficient. - Some equipment / fittings were a little run down. Needs more regular maintenance. Cons: - There's a design flaw due to which even though the apartment has centralized AC, the bedroom is hot while the rest of the apartment is chilled when the temperature is set to 18 deg celcius. I'd called the customer support and they sent the AC technician. He showed me on the thermometer the temp of the air coming from the duct in the living room as well as the bedroom. It was almost the same. And yet the bedroom was hot. Curtains were closed all the time so can't be due to sunlight. So it has to be a design flaw (Room # 632)

elevator should be fix because we were once locked inside and the elevator wont move even if someone help us from the outside, pressing buttons, the elevator really need extra attention for repair

Nice locaion. Clean apartment with all relevant facilities.

To be improved

Check-in was a big minus. We had to travel by taxi to another location to check-in and get the keys and then go bag (again by taxi) to the apartment. The sofa beds were not comfortable.
