“Overpriced, not clean, terrible checkin, lack of communication.”

The apartment was rather dirty, stains all over the couch and the walls, the bed and pillows are uncomfortable. The location is in a very dirty area. Checkin was nit great. They made us go to another location, 30 min by taxi, to pick up the keys, and they only disclosed this last minute, although the pre checkin was done on time. Staff never answered to our messages. Grossly overpriced for what it offers.

The place was very large and clean and well equipped. Excellent balcony. Great location.

The place we picked up the keys was kind of far from the apartment. I feel like that could be done easier.

“Great location but appliances ( washing machine and a refrigerator should be working .”

Location of the appartement. 2 showers.

To be improved

Washing machine spin mode did not work so we could not wash our clothes as a family renting an appartement appliances should be working properly. The refrigerator stop working so our food got perish. One door from the bathroom is very very difficult to open.
