Good location for Poble Nou. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds and all facilities you need.

No milk in the welcome pack. Swimming pool closes at 6pm

The hotelroom for 3 people . I got to sleep on cautch and is was like a banana so old and bad . And drunk kids all night i hear everything all night like i was sleeping outside when other guests came home at night .

Good AC Comfortable bed Large towels Access to a pool - but it needs to be cleaner

Poor checkin opportunities-cost us money to travel to an alternative appartment to checkin. The option to check in remotely did not work and therefore we had no alternative but to travel to the other appartment. No sofa bed - just a sofa for my son to sleep on and it was UPVC so could have been very sticky but thankfully there was good AC Poor cleanliness of pool and beds/surrounding area No information on use of hob Microwave - starting playing up and shown error message whilst in use Needed reception at 7.20am for extra toilet roll and there was no one around
