“The guy at the reception was nice. · Cons: But our room was so disappointing. It was totally dark, you couldn’t tell if it’s dark or light outside. The small window was infront of a wall so you couldn’t see anything outside. The room always smelled like chlor to the point where you get headaches. And our room was next to the washing machines. It was sad because in the picture the rooms look very different. I’ve contacted the staff and they couldn’t help us. The breakfast was in a cute cafe but the owner didn’t allow us to sit outside because it seemed like the hotel guests were a burden for him and taking the space for other guests. Not a nice experience.”

“The location is good. Short walks to metro and busses. There are a lot of great cafes, eateries and restaurants nearby. The host is friendly and helpful. They offer bag drops/storage in a secured room until 1700. We have a flight late afternoon so that was very convenient. · Cons: .”

“Excellent location, good breakfast at Pink Corner bar, great communication, smooth self check-in, comfortable beds, placid place. · Cons: I don't know wether it was Barcelona itself or the season, but the price / value ratio was not very good. Accommodation we usually book for this amount of money in other parts of the world / Europe is in different (non-hostel) category.”
