The location was well situated.

To be improved

The room was not the same as the one advertised, there were no signs to indicate the hotel, and walked around the block several times before realising it said hostel on the door.

“Check-in was very smooth, communication was excellent. The facilities were great and everything was very convenient. · Cons: Overall, everything was satisfying. The only issue is that the door isn’t soundproof, so noises from outside can be heard clearly. The location is fairly convenient, though it’s situated on a slope.”

“It was clean,quiet and safe. · Cons: It was 4pm when I arrived and no one was at the property. The hostel manager said on WhatsApp that there was no one to open the door and I waited for half an hour and one of the neighbors luckily opened the door and I was able to get in. This is very irresponsible.”

“Quite a small but cozy place to stay and nearby the city center.”

The best

Quite abandunce of bread and ham / cheese and coffee / tea, boiled eggs. Hot water also available. No need to worry about food when staying here, even mid night, I can come out from room and get hot water provided in coomon area. The staff is very friendly and felt like close friend. After I checked out, I kept by luggage in the hotel and he helped keep it safe in store room behind so I can go out and buy something. Then when I came back I saw he moved the 2 beds (like lifted up the entire bed frames to the wall) and was cleaning the room, I was so impressed for such detailed claening. I kept the room quite clean and was not expecting it.

To be improved

1. The price during my visit was absolutely too high due to the media conference. This is a hostel but I need to pay for Euro740 for 3 nights. I guess the value for money will be much better after this period. 2. The power plug is a bit loose, so my adapter keep falling. 3. Room size not too big for 2 beds, so the TV has to be hanging high almost on top of the wall and I need to look up to watch it, so I turned it off. 4. No place for chair and table in the room, so not convenient for business or working travel. Though there are tables and chairs in the coomon areas and I can use them.
