The best

Good, easy check in Close to metro/public transport Would have provided a higher review rating given the seamless check-in process - however, the inability to get invoice for payments made despite daily message/contacting the property is really disappointing

To be improved

1. Misleading advertisement - on the section of 'about this facility' - it has baggage storage listed. This is a misleading advertisement as there is NO bagage storage at this aparthotel. There is a storage locker (you need to pay) outside the hotel. 2. Poor admin communication. I require tax invoice for the payment made. It has now been 2 weeks since I checked out and I am still contacting them every day requesting receipt/tax invoice for the payment made. No receipt provided so far despite daily messages/contacting the property everyday
