Amazing. Great spot, nice simple rooms, staff was very helpful, kind. We arrived early, but they have room where you can relax, refresh, and they'll hold your suitcases until you can check in. Breakfast was very good, and very well organized. Lady cleaning off table was on it, super fast, efficient and organized. 5 stars to this place.

Location is great, rooms were okay, but the service (mainly from the Philippine staff) was appalling. Described by one of our group as Gestapo, they were shouting instructions, switching off coffee machines before breakfast had finished, calling our rooms to tell us to get out an hour before check out time. Surly, with zero customer service training.

Location was good to be near the cathedrals etc. However, the streets around there are not for the vulnerable as there are a lot of street beggars and street sellers. The rooms were clean.no tea/coffee making facilities but they have a kettle to loan for €10(not many though), staff pleasant with limited English. No balcony but decent shower and comfy beds. Breakfast was nice...not a great selection but it did the trick. Not bad value for money... on 5th floor so couldnt really hear too much noise from the pubs/restaurants below.

Brilliant hotel in the best location , 25m from La Rambla , staff were very helpful, rooms were modern and very clean , breakfast was plentiful and very nice , would not hesitate to return to this hotel

My husband and I stayed here one night prior to a cruise and were very pleased. It's in a great location in the heart of the Las Ramblas area with lots of shops and restaurants. Also only a ten minute ride from the cruise port. The rooms were spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The included breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. Very good value for the price and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
