“Superb”

The best

Very nicely equipped flat, pretty big, superlocalized, have everything that needed. Flat is clean. Although close to super busy road, bed is on tge other side and it very well isolated. Has AC. Definitely recommend

To be improved

Lack of elevator with narrow stairs is a minus however the owner was super nice to help with siitcase ;) a bit old furtitures and squeqy floor next to the bed.

“Super location”

The best

The location is GREAT and the apartment is cute with good space. We loved the upstairs terrace.

To be improved

The double bed was very uncomfortable and we'd expected single beds. My colleague and I managed to get an OK night though.

The best

The space was great. Large, well designed and has its own private rooftop which we used to sunbathe.

To be improved

There was quite a bit of unexpected rain when we were there and unfortunately there was a leak in the ceiling above the bed. I don't blame them for that, it was unlucky. But there were a few other problems we had (they forgot to include toilet paper, no laundry detergent and no tv remote). Alex was very responsive when we messaged him and helped us.

The best

Nice apartment, very well located (close to center), with a lot of things to do around. Kitchen is well equipped, and overall there's enough room for 2 people. The terrace is great, especially if you are a smoker, although you should pay attention to the stairs.

To be improved

Visible used state, lots of things quite old and damaged that can get broken, which will be deducted from your deposit (it happened to us with a door handle). If heavy raining is happening, dripping through the ceiling might occur, which can create discomfort.

“Very good”

The best

The Loft is super nice and in good condition, with just some improvable details. The location is perfect to visit the city (close to "Passeig Gracia") in the heart of Barcelona. The apartment is close to the metro stop called "Diagonal"

To be improved

Blackout curtains in the living room (in the morning the light come inside a little bit too much)
