Didn't specify the areas where they didn't have air conditioning system. The description of the property said “air conditioned apartment” but it didn't say that the air conditioner was only in the living room area and the hallway. So you have to keep the doors open to allow the air to come to the rooms in the hallway. To the room next to the living room the Ac didn't work well and it never got any cool inside. They provided us with a damaged fan and a small fan for the rooms ventilation. If I knew the whole apartment didn't have air conditioner I wouldn't be reserving this property as there are hotels that are way cheaper and honestly the customer service was lower than poor. And the reply they will give isnporbably that I didn't want the fans they offered. Yes I didn't because I didn't pay for fans, I paid for Ac. When I kept complaining they just kept sending the automatic reply. Called them ladrones (thiefs) cause that's what they are. Apart from that their cleaning staff and the building staff is very nice but NOT this company Barcelona for rent! Avoiiiiiid!!!!

the apartment is after a massive flooding. the floors are warped, with cracks, the ceilings in many rooms are destroyed, the walls need painting
