Great communication from the host, messaged to ask when we were leaving the airport to make sure he was there when we arrived to let us in and give us all the information we needed. The location was fantastic, easy to get anywhere. Great facilities. Flat was large enough for 4, beds comfy. Nice check in and check out times. Would return.

To be improved

The lift broke and we were on the third floor so had to carry our cases downstairs. Not the hosts fault of course. Few missing items, no hairdryer when advertised. No wine glasses. Not enough toilet roll for the stay. Could have done with some water on arrival.

Great location, it is close to the street Las Ramblas and the Metro. The host was very welcoming, and the place was tidy and convenient. We had the opportunity for early check-in. It has a big kitchen and a living room.

To be improved

The shower room is dark and narrow. Also, we got 3 toilet rolls for 7 nights' stay and two packs of tiny shower gels and shampoo, not enough for the entire stay. And it was a little expensive. The apartment is separated by a stud wall and a simple door to the second part of the apartment, which is also rented out. It was very loud behind the door. You could hear the neighbors talking.
