Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English, tried to communicate in both languages with the management, late or no response at all. Some questions were completely ignored. Security wise, It seems that anyone can access the main entrance door by simply pressing one button, I was worried about leaving my belongings in the apartment.

- If you need any help no one replay to you to assist you - Shower’s pressure really low - The bidet leak everywhere if you use it - There is a wash machine but not place to dry your clothes - Full of dust especially the top floor

When I enter it was very dust on the floor and tables wash room very bad smells

the WORST experience ever, the door code to access the property didn’t worked on the second day of our stay, all our belongings and personal documentation was inside the property and we didn’t have were to sleep on the second night, 6 people on the building hall waiting for more than 4 hours and nobody answered to this urgency, not even replied the phone or one message to solve this problem. It was very unfortunate and also the neighbors started to complaint. They should reimburse the money for this booking due to the fact that the service was not provided, this is absolutely something that shouldn’t happen and this property shouldn’t be listed.

No kettle, very steep stairs. Internet was not working at that time, nothing too serious

the steep stairs to the bedroom.. deadly, internet issues for 1.5 days. no coffee maker but no biggie
