Very nice location, very helpful and friendly staff. Everything functional - A/C worked really well, hot/cold water always available, nice elevator, wifi – fully functional place in a very nice location.

“Horrifying experience”
The best

The only two things I liked about this place were the Air conditioning in the room and the location very close to the beach.

We booked this room almost 2 months in advance and when we arrived we found out they placed us in this glorified storage room on the first floor. Our window view was literally on sewage pipes, you can imagine the smell. The bathroom didn't even have enough space to get undressed and, on the third night, we found 2 cockroaches walking around. Now, since the receptionist leaves around 21 and this incident happened around 12AM, we were completely on our own to resolve the issue. We called Booking Support but they were, of course, unable to do anything as it was an issue of the facility, and not of the reservation. The morning after, the receptionist offered us a 72 euro refund on the total of 507 euros that we paid (not enough in my opinion) and told us they were unable to move us to a better room until the day after, which means we slept with cockroaches for 2 nights straight. My 64 year old mother was barely able to sleep because she was scared that the cockroaches would climb on us while asleep. After 2 days they moved us to a room on the third floor that smelled like mold, but at least it had no cockroaches in sight, although we still had sewage pipes outside the window. That said, I will be reporting this facility to the competent entities for health hazards. Please do not come here unless you absolutely need to. The only good thing about this place is the fact that is 50 meters from the beach.

Beautiful view from the balcony, full bathroom with soap and shampoo, elevator. Very nice staff. Functional and comfortable elevator. Very comfortable temperature. Initially clean room.

Towels were never changed in the 4 days I was there. A sign stating that towels that should be changed should be placed on the floor implied that they would be changed. I placed all towels on the floor expecting them to be replaced once I'm back. When I came back, every day, the towels were not changed. I had to take towels from the floor and use dirty towels. It would have been helpful if I knew in advance that towels would not be changed, then I wouldn't have left all towels on the floor. Using towels from the floor was disgusting. Everything that happens in the adjacent rooms is audible. It is not a quiet area - with open windows, the music from the beach club is audible, and during the day, music from the same beach club starts at around 9 am. In the evening, the music from the restaurants is audible. Closing the balcony doors helps, but it is not a quiet location.
