The beds were comfortable and the location was good.

To be improved

Very poor maintenance and cleanliness. The shower had a leak due to poor maintenance (this was fixed the day it was reported) however, i had to clean it up using all the towels and a dirty mop and so no spare towels were available. The shower head fell off while i was taking a shower and hit me causing bruising. The bathroom mirror had a large crack, the flooring lifted due to the leak leaving it sharp and a trip hazard. The whole place was very dusty. The shower was mouldy and dirty, the microwave, fridge and extractor fan were filthy, a dirty sponge was left in the kitchen, I did not use the kitchen at all due to this. The sofa was also dirty. I left a day early and booked into a nice hotel for my last night of the trip.
