Basic Hotel Puerta de Sevilla

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic center (we got there by walking from train station), making it easy to explore everything on foot. The check-in experience was smooth. A lovely touch was the availability of complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks at the reception (during the whole day). Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with an old-world romantic vibe that added to the experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, atmosphere, and a central location.

The location was perfect, but we knew that already because we have stayed in the same area 3 times! Excellent drinks and food area in reception, ALL FREE! Thank you. We appreciated it. Comfortable room with excellent air conditioning. Car parking is easy. But request beforehand like we did as only 2 spaces.

The accessibility to restaurants, the bus and train

Great location. The front desk is very helpful. Nice breakfast buffet. I encourage everyone who travels to Granada should book this hotel.

You get what you paid for. The room was small but very clean and cosy. Perfect location, in the city center, near the beautiful park. Two small balconies were facing some busy streets with a lot of cafes. It could bother someone, because it was pretty loud, but we like that

It gets a 10 for the level of service provided. Aircon was noisy, so they had it looked at immediately, then changed our rooms as they couldn't fix it adequately. The hotel itself is well located, comfortable rooms and self-service drinks and small breakfasts provided.
