“A true gem for a lovely stay in central Bilbao”

A true gem in the middle of the city. Excellent location, excellent facilities, clean and well-maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to many restaurants and bars in the center of the city. Walking distance to the Guggenheim museum. Wonderful, spacious and comfortable bathroom. Comfortable bed.

To be improved

Not much.... just a few small things that could be easy to fix: the WiFi was sometimes sketchy, the bathroom lacks hooks for towels, there was no electricity socket near the working table, and the pillows on the bed were unusable (long, narrow and very hard - more like decorative pillows rather than sleeping ones). Again, I think these are all easy fixes.

“Great place! Fantastic room, amazing location, friendly and helpful staff.”

The best

We absolutely loved it. The communication is great, you pick up your key and pay at the reception, everything is well taken care of. The place is a gorgeous historical building, beautifully renovated, well designed, well equipped, the bed is very comfortable, we slept so well! The staff is super friendly and so so helpful. All of our requests were heard and adresed. The location is amazing, we walked everywhere, only took the metro/bus when we needed to get out of Bilbao.

To be improved

Nothing really. The room could maybe use some hooks by the door, to hang up the jackets, but that's just a minor detail. I'd rent it again any day. Great place, really.

Incredible location, flexible check in times, all brand new and tasteful interior.

To be improved

The WiFi is terrible, only worked half of the time and constantly having to disconnect and reconnect. Had to go to the front desk and ask to change the temperature of our room, luckily it wasn’t warmer weather while we were there otherwise we would have cooked.

“new, comfortable & modern, great location”

The best

the property is new, perfectly clean, stylishly and practically furnished, equipped with all - new- amenities. Very comfortable and large bed. We had a 27sqm deluxe studio, on the 5th floor, with park view; made our own breakfast. The location is superb: very central, next to a small park, close to the Old city the river, and the shopping area.. a metro station is a few steps away (we took metro from the city bus terminal). Not the least, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
