1. Ad on booking.com did not match reality: no onsite parking, facilities not available (cinema, outdoor pool). 2. Off street parking next to a building site, blocked by trucks and heavy machines; noisy during the day. 3. Black mold in showers, human hairs on floor, broken toilet flush plate.

The fact that the property did not match the ad on booking.com 100%. I rely on 100% accuracy- even if it means being honest about some things.

these apartments are amazing and the location is exceptional

To be improved

there is no escape from the sun even in December. The owner desperately needs to fit blinds or curtains as there is no privacy or shade in the living room. It is impossible to watch the lovely big TV until after dark due to the excessive light and reflections. Fitting shades would also reduce their cooling bills dramatically so win win. Management need to ensure the heating/cooling system is working and leave notes on how to operate it as it is complicated and we are not convinced it is working. Some more better quality kitchen utensils would be good for those that enjoy cooking. The current ones are not fit for purpose!
