The host asked to text the arrival time in advance. We did that. No response. I texted again once we arrived. We waited for 15-20 mins without any response. Finally, a woman showed up and started talking in Spanish. We do not speak Spanish, so I showed her reservation confirmation via Booking. She seemed confused and kept talking and telling some name. Probably, she was referring to the host. The host's name was not provided in the description. Once we got inside, we checked if the pictures matched the apartment. It was the only way to know that we were where we needed to be. It feels that the apartment previously was a corridor or balcony. Walls are made from cardboard. This so-called two-bedroom apartment has only one window in the living room. The window seems to fall out soon. It's moving and you can hear the wind blowing through it even if it's closed. Outside the window, Outside the window, there's a view of the wall and buzzing air conditioners. The neighbor's air conditioner was extremely loud. The "master bedroom" is just a part of the living room separated by empty shelves. It's not a real room. It doesn't have doors, just a shower curtain (another bedroom has doors, two single beds and a wardrobe). We found one bed-length pillow, a thin sheet instead of a normal duvet, and a blanket that was too small for two adults. One duvet was in the wardrobe but it was for one person and without duvet covers. Doesn't feel hygienic. The most ridiculous thing was the shower. It stands on the platform and doesn't have any incline. The water drains so slowly, that if you don't stop it after max 2-3 mins, you will flood the floor in the bathroom and living room. The only way to wash thin, medium-length hair was in the kitchen sink. Overall the apartment is sad. White walls are stained and cracked. The bathroom was quite dusty. The shelves in the living room and wardrobe were dirty too.
