Everything was perfect, from the room to the breakfast. The staff is very kindly and helpful! Rooms were clean. Not far from the old city center but in a quiet area.

“Perfect price and quality”
The best

We loved almost everything about this hotel. The price was fabulous considering other places near the area, there was different modes of public transport steps away from the hotel and the walk to the main explanada felt quick to us. There were many cafes and restaurants in walking distance, in addition to the market and main tram station to go to different beaches. Coffee and hot choc in the hotel were delicious and we even got free breakfast for omitting 2 cleanings. Staff was friendly and warm, even upon our late arrival.☺️

To be improved

The room was a bit smaller than it felt like in the photos. The breakfast selection is really small compared to other places I’ve stayed at.

Rooms are clean. Hotel very conveniently located. Complimentary beverages and fruits are available 24/7. Staff is very professional and helpful.

To be improved

Price wise, I guess it's high season, but it's a bit expensive for the value.
