Outstanding apartment in central Madrid. Clean well appointed and spacious. The bonus was the large terrace which was a delight. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was great - can walk to all sightseeing sites in the centre. Coffee, tea, snacks 24/7 at the hotel next door. Friendly staff. Freezing a/c - not a complaint in summer.

To be improved

No cooking utensils/pans - not an issue for us but do not expect to cook a meal. Dishwasher not working. No detergent. We were woken up by a smoke alarm in the hallway at 8am. Staff explained that one room smoke alarm went off. Beds are not the most comfortable ones. Shower drain was very slow to a point water was overflowing out to the floor.

“Spacious and great location”
The best

It had a lift, was much more spacious than I thought it would be. Big bathroom. We stayed with a family of 4 people and had lots of room. The only thing I had to ask for was a clothes line to hang the wet clothes on which that brought me.

To be improved

The location was great. We walked mostly everywhere.
