“Not worthy of 3 stars, very disappointing”

This hotel is rated as 3 stars, but it falls far below that standard. While they do offer free coffee and water 24/7 and provide decent quality toiletries, these small positives don’t make up for the overall poor experience. There were construction works happening during my stay, and although the hotel has three elevators, none were fully functional, unacceptable for a hotel in this category. The location is on the outskirts of the city in an area that felt unsafe, especially after dark. The room itself was in bad shape: peeling paint on the walls, a bathroom door that scraped the floor loudly, poor lighting, and a bathtub with visible rust. It all felt neglected and far from the comfort you'd expect from a 3-star hotel. Honestly, this place needs serious renovation and better maintenance. Until then, I would not recommend it to anyone expecting even basic 3-star quality.

“24 hour coffee and chocolate Clean lobby · Cons: Breakfast had no spice. Too bland. Too expensive. Bacon was too raw. It was like they just set it on the stove for a few minutes. Eggs too hard. Dry. Meet and greet person at podium, too rude. Made it feel like we were stealing. NO wash cloths (face) only had towels. No shower wall to keep water from hitting the floor. Only had a half wall. Was mold and mildew where water would hit floor and around the bathroom door facing. Room was too expensive.”
