“The hotel needs to improve its service!”

The bed is large, the mattress is comfortable. The small refrigerator was useful, because we stayed with a dog (York) and the refrigerator helped to keep the food fresh for her. The air conditioner was very helpful, the weather was hot. The Wi-Fi internet is super!

To be improved

The room is small. The closet is very small. There was one uncomfortable plastic chair in the room. The garbage issue is not thought out, guests should be given a pack of garbage bags. It's a pity that the hotel doesn't offer breakfast in the room, we couldn't have breakfast together in the common area of the hotel because we had a dog (a small Yorkie) with us. My husband went to get croissants to bring to the room and eat with coffee, but the woman who served breakfast downstairs didn't allow him to take the croissants to the room. This upset us! Moreover, to please the hotel, we refused to have the room cleaned for the entire stay!

“Good location but rooms are bare bones and need some TLC.”

Within walking distance to mall and outlets. Right across the street from train. Short bus ride to airport.

To be improved

Very minimalistic. The desk had a flap that my clothes kept getting caught on and the floors needed some work with exposed gaps between the boards. The shower should probably have a door on it because water gets out and the door trim was rotted due to water escaping from the shower.
