“Staff were nice and friendly during check in/out. The hotel room was nice and modern. Breakfast was basic but good. Neighbor hood was nice with shops and cafe. About 15-20 minute walk to the beach. · Cons: Sand on the floor in our room.”

“Unexpectedly wonderful Hotel! Being one year old still pristine!”

Although our camper van was too high for the underground car park there is an agreement in place to be able to park literally outside the Hotel in the Supermarket car park (with lots of other motor homes) and could see it from our balcony! Kerb appeal isn’t great from outside… looks like a concrete building but inside the experience is like a 4 star hotel! Wonderfully clean… and we didn’t expect a balcony. The room was air conditioned and with the double glazed doors closed no traffic noise. 20 mins walk to great restaurants and super sandy beach. Castro Urdiales lovely medieval centre. Would definitely rebook if back in the area. Staff recovery too.

“Great hotel - secure parking and very helpful and polite staff”
The best

Lovely chic hotel just off the motorway with great amenities and a comfortable bed. Free coffee and tea anytime ! Secure parking too. Will definitely use again

Only a small thing and not about the actual property…underground parking a bit expensive and also for our dog but we did get a little doggie bag of a water bowl , poo bags and treat made by disabled people. Nice touch and appreciated
