The best

I did not have a good experience at this hotel. The restaurant was awful. One kid was completely overwhelmed attending to everyone. I had to leave and go to the crown plaza after asking for a water 5 times. When I came back he started yelling at me. The whole place just seemed depressing.

The best

The facilities were excellent, with a spacious room that provided plenty of space to open and organize luggage. The mattress was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and convenient, allowing for easy movement. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. After a long trip, I requested an early check-in, and they kindly arranged a room for me to rest, which was greatly appreciated.

To be improved

The location is a bit far from Madrid city center, requiring a bus and then a metro ride, or alternatively, a taxi. However, it is an excellent choice if you need to stay near the airport for a night. The breakfast was satisfying, offering a good selection of pastries, and a Nespresso coffee machine was available, which was a nice touch.

Nice layout, large rooms, comfy bed. Location was okay and we found a nice (tho expensive) restaurant nearby for dinner.

“Smart Stopover: Efficient, Comfortable, and Airport-Adjacent”
The best

We stayed here just for a few hours to get our flight in the early morning. The property had all what we needed, was clean, parking garage. From here to rental car is a short drive - so perfect location for a night to stay and catch the flight home

To be improved

The area is an industry area - didn’t look very appealing when arriving midnight, but did not feel unsafe or the like.
