Location is bad, honestly. There is nothing around, like nothing. When we came lobby was under refurbishment, they had their PC on the lunch table with dust and cables all around - we were never aware of this. Our breakfast was served in the basement, in the room with small windows and tons of people. Food was not nice, zero berries, pear and orange from fruits. Different pastry and couple choices of salami. Juice containers were always empty, coffee in machine was with sugar by default. Room it outdated. We were also scammed by the pictures, we got delux double thinking it will have pretty big windows - it did not; they too picture of one bed in one room and picture of windows in other room. Bathroom is also not as pictured, it’s different. We asked to be moved to the room we booked and were refused, because “it’s the same room”. lol. Staff was rude, always away. Anyway, I really don’t recommend it.

We got a family room, very comfortable, clean and the bathroom is great. The staff were really kind. The location is a bit far if you want to explore madrid but accessible by train and busses
