“Amazing stay!!”

The best

The property was nice and clean and definitely our money’s worth. The staff were really lovely too. We enjoyed the free 24hr coffee and hot chocolate which is a really nice initiative! The hotel is located within a shopping arena in good proximity to bus stops, supermarkets , restaurants etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back in the future.

To be improved

Only thing I’ll like them to adjust is the air freshener in the hall way leading to the rooms. It was kind of strong and a bit offensive to the nose (especially for people with very sensitive noses) Maybe something milder and flowery could work. Otherwise every other thing was perfect.

Hi everyone this hotle was absolutely amazing the room was big and clean and the view from the room was so pretty the appliances are all new and they all work excellenty the shower has warm water the bed is super comfy the tv connects with your phone to watch YouTube and if it doesn’t work you can still watch Disney plus and Nickelodeon the area is nice and quiet there is a shopping center right next door with a supermarket, telephone store and quick service restaurants, and the staff were super friendly with answering our questions about the area and the city since we were new to the city, they also have a coffee machine were you can get all the coffee and hot chocolate you like and they also have a juice bar.

There was construction next door to our room for 2 of the 9 days we stayed there and we were never told of this before or during our check in so when it started happening around 9 to 11 am we were a little surprised to here the noise and it woke us up cause we were still adjusting to the time change and we were working late on the computer for our job, but luckily it ended fast so we still enjoyed our stay here and didn’t change our room because it wasn’t that loud , there was also a strong smell or cleaner when we first arrived but luckily after opening the window and the door and coming in and out of the room we were able to air out the room and the room smelled a lot better and lighter, the window also doesn’t open all the way so if we wanted the air from outside we had to wait for a little breeze to pass but we were still able to put the phone out the window to take pictures.
