Easy access from motorway. Peaceful. Clean. My dogs were accepted, thats the biggest Plus for me.

When we went to the coffee machine, we were looking for forks as we had a microwave meal with us. The woman in charge of the area shouted at us very abruptly! These are for Breakfast only ! That embarrassed us and her tone was awful! I also heard her shout at another lady and her daughter who was looking for a cup or glass ! They were also embarrassed ! We have been staying at the B &B in Arganda del Rey for Years and it’s all done up now and lovely, the Staff there are Extremely helpful and nice to us. They were full this time so we went to the new one in Tres Cantos ! The receptionist on the desk was very busy as coaches had arrived but, when we were in bed, someone opened our door! Then the reception clerk called us and said We were in the wrong room! I told her the number on the card 423 and She told me we should be in 422! She again asked me what number was On The Card ,I said 423 again. She said oh Sorry, and that was it. We were not happy at all. Our key opened the door and we were in the correct numbered room as per the card! I was So upset !

Location convenient to motorway but in a development area which resembled an industrial estate. The "hot" food at breakfast was cold and fresh fruit only arrived as we were leaving the buffet. The web pictures don't give an accurate reflection of exterior or interior. Room had a sticker stating it had been cleaned but there was dust on the floor and a hair in the shower tray. It was also very basic. Glad our stay was only 1 night

The location was not very good. We didn’t have a car and nothing was within walking distance so we had to uber everywhere.
