Nice rooms, good air conditioning, comfortable bed, nice views, close to shops and cafes, very friendly and helpful staff

Balcony very dirty with bird droppings. No bin in room only very small one in bathroom

“Excellent hotel with amazing staff”
The best

Staff were very friendly and accomdating, even ordering me a taxi when i came back several hours after checking out. Room was beautiful, very clean and the air conditioning was amazing. Shower and toilet facilities were perfect and location wise the hotel is well located with a market right outside and plenty of cafe's etc. Nearby. 10/10 stay.

To be improved

Ive seen others complain about the lift being slow and that is true it is quite slow in comparison to newer lifts. I didnt find it an issue though to be honest, it got me to my floor and got me down when needed, if it was busy the stairs are very easy to find. I have 0 complaints.
