“Excellent apartment room with everything you need”
The best

Spacious, clean apartment room with balcony and everything you need. Central location in Nice and 1.5km walk to old town. Right next to shopping centre and main road. Louisa was very helpful and responsive - it was kind of her to let me use her washing machine and drying rack, plus leave my luggage for a few hours after checking out.

To be improved

The fold out mattress could be more comfortable but everything else was great.

It was okay

To be improved

We had the bathroom flooded, with wet towels and paper because of the storms and they first promised a change of room and then they said that it was not possible anymore. We went back to the room hoping it didn’t rain anymore and when we asked for something back for the inconvenience , they told us we could have a small discount for next time. I’m sorry but we really aren’t going back so you can keep that sorry excuse of a compensation to yourself.
