“Excellent”

The best

This hotel really helped me when I had to stay whilst my husband, who was taken poorly from a cruise ship, spent four nights in La Fe hospital in Valencia. They helped me out with an erroneous booking which I had made putting in the incorrect dates and agreed to refund in view of my circumstances. The hotel is only about a ten min walk from the hospital so very convenient. This is a very relaxed hotel which allows you to eat brought in food in their breakfast area when the breakfast area is not in use for breakfast. The receptionists were so lovely and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would certainly stay there again. I cannot say enough good things about my stay and would give it at least five stars.

“coffee or tea · Cons: We booked a room for four guests, but upon arrival, we found only one bed prepared. The second bed was locked, and even the hotel staff did not have a key to access it. We spent over an hour trying to resolve the situation, which seriously disrupted our plans and caused unnecessary stress.”

“Great location to stay and spend time at the Sience City”

- location. Literally 15 mins walking distance from a big shopping center, 25 mins to the Oceanographic - great for those who with the car, you do not need to cross the city to get out of Valencia - multiple bus stops towards all directions - calm terrace to drink your free coffee/tea - super clean - very attentive stuff

The bed. Not comfortable and moves all the time you turn (it is on the wheels)
