It is on ground level next to a road and busy pavement so is noisy until the evening etc.

Clean and well prepared (I arrived late at night and they still prepared the bottle of water for me, started heating in my room and waited for me to give the keys and guide around)

To be improved

Its totally fine as it is for the money you pay, the Pirate room is by the entrance and road, so if you don't use earplugs at at night you might here some noises

Can be difficult to find parking close by, we ended up parking quite a distance away. Walls are also quite thin but it was quiet
