Right hand side of of bed too close to breakfast bar you have to either climb over your partner shuffle down the bed ,it’s on the first floor so privacy is limited so have to keep blinds closed most of the time keys for the front door from the street didn’t open the door

For a couple in their 60s, the beds were very low. There were no comfortable chairs in the room, and all three lights worked off one switch, which we found to bright. There are no cushions on outside seating also the pathways from parking area to room very uneven

The staff, the room, the location. They didn't clean the room and used a racial slur against me when I asked for additional towels. It looks nothing like the photos, the rooms are very basic, and the WiFi doesn't work. They are now saying I didn't show up for my booking - probably to stop me from being able to write a bad review.
