“Terrible experience — avoid this place.”

First, the apartment itself: the shower smelled awful, the AC barely worked (two rooms didn’t get any cooling), and the twin room was so small that the beds were crammed in with no wardrobe or space for luggage, we had to leave our clothes in the hallway. The location also wasn’t great. The main issue, though, was the attitude of the hosts. We were charged approx. 60 euros for checking out 45 minutes late. I had asked at 6:00 am if a late check-out was possible, and they only replied at 10:57 am. Despite this, they began calling us from 11:10 am, and even sent someone who left our apartment door open while we were still packing. When I asked where the 60 euro fee came from, they refused to explain, saying: “We don’t need to explain the rules to you.” In my opinion, this is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. There are many much better places to stay — I would not recommend this one.

The other guests were very noisy during the night. Kids were running and screaming around the house till 2 a.m.
