Excellent location... 5 min walk from sargrada familia and 30 min walk from park guell.

Location was fantastic. I highly would advise avoiding this property however as the host is unreliable and unresponsive.

During our stay the boiler broke on the first night leaving us with cold water for the duration of the stay I repeatedly tried to contact the host but he had stopped all communications with myself, once his plumber sent him videos of the broken boiler. Since leaving the property the host has still failed to respond with even an apology and isn’t responding to booking.com either. I don’t recommend the stay.
