“Worth a visit.”

Beds were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen space with all appliances working. Washing machine was simple to use and I used it nearly every day. Felt secure within the apartment.

To be improved

Unsure if there is a leak on the toilet, as there seemed to always be a puddle of water around the base. The shower curtain was not 100% effective and after a shower, there was more water on the bathroom floor. I used supplied towels as mats to soak the water up, then washed the towels. Had limited TV channels, unsure if I couldn't access all available channels or this is just what is available in Spain.

The location of the apartment is great. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The place is clean and cozy. Offers enough that you can enjoy your stay.

To be improved

Quite a small apartment for a family. Walls are really thin, so you can easily hear the naighburs.

“Nice location, not so tourist friendly”

The location is amazing! Close to a really important metro station, you can easily leave to Montserrat from there, also close station from airport public transport bus. Location wise, amazing.

To be improved

They for sure have a problem with the sewage.. we had to stay with lowered windows to clear the air. Also, be careful. They charge a 40€ fee if you check in after 20:00 :) they do not write that under house rules, i only got this message after i booked and payed. It was also the only place where we had to pay a deposit.. but that was mentioned. I went back and it mentions the 40 euro in the fine print. So just be careful. If you want to get your deposit back quickly use a revolut card

“The city is Beautiful but the facility is not worth the price”

We were on our way out, when we came back, the apartment lock (by the way very old) could not be unlocked, even though we tried with both keys. In the end, we waited 2-3 hours until the master came to unlock our door, there is no air conditioning in the apartment, only fans that could be heard. Definitely not worth the price.

Good location from tourist spots and metro stations. Walked to sites and beaches. Served the housing purpose better than 2 hotel rooms. Super quiet neighborhood.

Small space so obviously you hear everything in apartment.
