“Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

The best

The location is genuinely awesome, very close the the Sagrada and very close to some metro links. The balcony was nice and overall the place met our expectations. The apartments were spacious to enough to house up to 4 persons, but would be most comfortable for up to 3.

To be improved

The apartment was on the small side, but in fairness it was "as advertised", so not a surprise. Had to rummage in the wardrobe to find the spare sheets for the pull out bed in the living room, but did find them. There was some mildly annoying drilling going on in neighbouring apartments, but it was a working day (Friday) and after 9am (more like, exactly 9am), so not the end of the world either

It seemed like it needed servicing as it had a lot of dust Inside . The sofa cum bed didn't feel very comfortable once opened”

“It was the worst experience we ever had in all holiday trips we’ve made”

The best

Mainly the location. We’ve loved Sagrada Família neighbourhood and the property is walking distance from Sagrada Família and from all public transportation, hop on hop off sightseeing bus included.

To be improved

From broken or non working equipment, to the lack of cleansing of the kitchenware and kitchen equipment. The bathroom was full with humidity and the bathroom ceiling was all covered with mold. We consider the apartment was not fully ready for a family of four.

The location was the only good thing about the place

To be improved

I would strongly advise you don’t stay here. Apartment was dirty and cold. Duvet was provided with no duvet cover which is simply unhygienic, when asked about it, the duvet cover was provided but flat sheet was taken away? The aircon didn’t work and we were only provided with a small heater that barely worked. When asked about extra blankets we were told they don’t have any Bathroom was dirty and mouldy with a shower curtain covered in mould Cover on the bed was dirty with what looked like blood Quite frankly the place could do with some work but the owner doesn’t care Avoid
